WORKOUT
"A PLETHORA OF WEAPONS"
9 min AMRAP
10 CAL BIKE
10 HANG POWER SNATCH
10 SYNCHRO BAR FACING BURPEES

RX: 
Barbell: M-115#, F-85#
Sandbag: M-100#, F-75#

INT:
Barbell: M-95#, F-75#
Sandbag: M-100#, F-75#

SC:
Barbell: M-75, F-55
Sandbag: M-75#, F-50#

On the count of 3, 2, 1 go...
- Partner 1 will complete 10 calories on bike
- Partner 1 will then pick up sand bag and bear hug carry to the next station where partners await. 
- Upon arriving, Partner 1 can keep holding sandbag* in bearhug hold, while partner 2 or 3 will complete 10 hang power snatches.
- Once complete, 10 synchro bar facing burpees to be completed by 2 teammates.  1 member of the team must bearhug sandbag hold while burpees are being completed. 
- Sand bag can be passed off at anytime between partners. 
- When burpees are complete, sandbag must be carried back to the bike to start the next round.
- Teammate who carries sandbag back to the bike must complete 10 calories.

  • Sandbag can be passed off at anytime during hang power snatches or bar facing burpees.  Reps won't be counted until a teammate is bearhug carrying the sandbag.
